I have to complain re double charging. They asked me to pay when I arrived in the property when this should be charged via Booking.com thru my debit card. Initially, I insisted to the front desk that I usually pay Booking. com thru credit/debit card. But the front desk personnel said I must settle in Cash at the property i.e. Prime Asia Hotel. So I did pay in full Cash upon checking on December 24, 2021. But as I checked today my online banking transaction history. Booking.com charged me with the same amount, thru my credit card! SO I paid BOTH Prime Asia hotel AND Booking.com! Please make the necessary remedy asap. Will Booking.com return my overpayment or should Prime Asia return it to me?

Probably would have been fine under other circumstances.

First, covid effects every place I have been the past 3 months, so this is not unusual. There was not a TV controller in the room. They brought us one but it didn't work. There was no AC controller so had to call for that too Although there was a coffee cup in the room, there was no coffee or tea. When we called, they said they didn't have any. There was no restaurant in walking distance and their restaurant was closed. Had to order in. Pool.closed at 5PM so by the.time we arrived we couldn't swim.

Poor

Got our car scraped because of the parking. They didn't have proper parking. The pillows are too thin huhu. Blanket is just a piece of thin fabric cannot use as comfort when we are cold. Probably because they want us to turn the AC off ,but if we do it is very warm. So you wouldn't know what to do. If you turn it ON, its cold the Blanket is not enough,. Turn it off or higher temp its warm. The price 4500++ is not worth it But the staff are nice.

A Convenient And Safe Place To Stay

The location, accessibility to the nearest tourist spot in Angeles and the safety and security of the neighborhood are good considering it is a busy area.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the noise outside (along the road) didn't help me get a restful sleep.

The staff. They were really sweet and accommodating. The smile at you everytime they see you, they do know how to greet people. They are simply awesome.

Nice interior design - modern and stylish hotel. Clean and spacious room w/amenities. Breakfast buffet with limited selection - food ok.

Not enough car parking space. I wouldn't rated this as a 4 Star due to the service - forgot towels in the room and waiters could be more attentive.

Car service to SM and back to the hotel

Staff are unsupervised in the rest area. breakfast time staff are watching movies. I don’t like the location it’s too noisy. Their alarm system if someone smoke it trigger u don’t know what’s happening, a bit scary specially if the alarm went off at 1am. Food are worst ordered pizza supposed to be Italian pizza but just like ordinary pizza that u can buy in the streets. Breakfast buffet not good at all, ants everywhere.

Near SM mall and walking street. They also provide the free shuttle to the main gate, SM mall, and walking street.

The taxi costs 500 to the airport but it only needs 180 if you book a taxi from APP Grap.

The staff were super-friendly and made the stay better than it otherwise would have been. The WiFi quality is good.

The hotel is too expensive for what it is. It feels like an average 3 star hotel, rather than a 4 star. It is in need of renovation. There is a big disparity between quality and price. The windows and the doors are not sound proofed so its not so quiet. The bed is very uncomfortable due to a poor quality mattress. The breakfast selection was really terrible and the coffee was undrinkable! There is no minibar in the room. There is an additional service charge at check in. Why isn’t this included in the price? The restaurant prices and room service prices are way too high.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Clean room. They have a van/shuttle for service if needed.

Food in the restaurant needs improvement. They served an overcooked sausage and acidic coffee during buffet breakfast (20May2018). Fruits and cereals should be included in the buffet for kids and adults. Mostly, they served Korean foods.

Our room was big on 5th flr..the sitting area of that room was the comfortable part of the room.

Toilet are not that well cleaned especially the toilet bowl upstairs and the bath tub was dusty too.

The staff was remarkable. Front desk, housekeeping , and courier drivers were friendly and accommodating.

Room started to look dated. King size bed was in need of replacement, cracks in counter top, peeling on portions of wall, etc. I was very disappointed with the breakfast buffet, selection was limited, and the food was cold. It seems that the burner’s were never ignited in the chaffing dishes, and the staff on the roof could’ve been a bit more welcoming.

All the staff were really friendly and assisted us in all ways posssible. The pool was good, Me and my son really loved the jacuzzi.We left one Bag in our room and we had to go back,and it was still in tact. Thank you for the honest staff who assisted us.

I didn’t ask but there should be at least 2 FREE bottled water provided in each room and stated in the room menu (if there is).Guests shouldn’t ask for those basic and simple needs. The food was on buffet(depends on the no.of guests) but the taste was not that nice. Only 2 guests were allowed to use the pool for free,there is a payment for any addnl guest. Car Parking was not nice, There were dogs(guard)and the hotel staff assisted us on our way in and out the hotel parking and also fetch the car for us on our check out. I heard it will be improved soon.
